After School Art Classes at St John's Fulham
10 weeks SPRING TERM 2020

Paperbirds has been working with St. John's Fulham for over 3 years and together with the children created beautiful masterpieces and wonderful memories. We encourage all children to express themselves, be creative, curious and imaginative. We believe in the many benefits, art gives all children and invite your child to join us this term.

No class during half term.
We offer 2 age groups:
LITTLE ARTISTS (Year 1-3)
Tuesdays 3.30-4.30pm
Learning basic techniques to draw and paint, using various techniques to create masterpieces. Exploring paint, pencil, watercolour, oil pastels and learning about the differences. Basic art history by talking about famous artists and exhibitions in London.
Benefits: Problem solving, fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination (writing), understanding instructions (math), language development, concentration on one subject for an hour, independence
Price per term: £75 (10 weeks term - only £7.50/class)
YEAR 1-3 BOOK HERE
ARTISTS (Year 4-6)
Thursdays 3.30-4.30pm
Structured drawing and painting exercises and projects over longer periods (2-3 weeks). Developing fine art and advanced watercolour skills. Discussing artists and exhibitions.
Benefits: Communication and social behaviour, independence, fine art skills and high level of concentration and problem solving - useful for all subjects. Older students can use their work for art portfolios.
Price per term: £75 (10 weeks term - only £7.50/class)
