IN PERSON Art Parties
TIMING

Our art/craft projects lasts for 1 hour. (Set up / clear up 15 mins before and after)

We will only stay for the art part of your party (1h) - no other entertainment will be provided by us and we will leave the venue after we have cleared & cleaned the art tables.

VENUE

We always come to a venue of your choice or your home. We do not have a studio. We have celebrated many parties in the Fulham, Chelsea, Kensington areas so we are always happy to send you some suggestions.

You would need to provide tables and chairs so every child has enough space to make and create. Venues usually have everything ready.

PROJECTS

All our parties are bespoke. We will talk to you before we start planning about your party theme, your childs wishes, a project you have seen on our Instagram or something you would like the kids to learn or try out.

After we received the deposit, we will send over one pdf with ideas to look at and choose from.

We are happy to match your themes like pirates, fairies, dinosaurs, unicorns, mermaids etc but also your childs favorite book, a season inspired art or a special technique such as watercolour, print, mixed media collage or acrylics.

1 hour art party for up to 10 children: £220

Each additional child: £20 (Maximum number of children is 16)

Additional costs will apply for teaching assistants depending on the size of the group (10+ children)

Deposit to secure the date: £50 (non refundable)

If the party venue is outside SW6 (Fulham): £20 travel costs apply

Included in the fees: All art materials, tablecloth & aprons, set up time, preparation, pdf with projects to choose from, cleaning the tables/art space

Frames for watercolour paintings are from £2.50 per child

Minimum age: 6 years / maximum age 12 (please send us an email if the children are younger/older)

IMPORTANT NOTES
We ask for a deposit of £50 to secure date and time for the party. This will not be refunded in case of a cancellation 14 days before the party takes place.
Tables and chairs for all participating children must be provided by the host (usually the venues have it covered)
No other entertainment will be provided by our teachers. We will leave the venue after we have finished and tidied up the art project.
All our teachers are dbs checked.

Paperbirds organised a Pirate Art Party for my son's 6th birthday recently. All the children had a fantastic time making their treasure maps and treasure chests which they got to take home with them as keepsakes. I would highly recommend her - the kids were focused for a good hour or so making their creations and were so proud of themselves at the end! - Narelle M.

All materials will be sent to the birthday child's home in individual/personalised party bags to distribute amongst friends.

An adult has to supervise each participating child at all times.
